Common ICT tools include the following:
(a) Hardware tools Computers/laptops
These are used for data processing, internet access, and running various applications.
Smart phones and tablets: These are portable devices for communication and accessing digital content.
* Projectors and interactive whiteboards: These are used for presentations and collaborative learning in classrooms or meetings.
Printers and scanners: These are used for producing hard copies of digital documents and digitizing physical documents.
(b) Software tools
Word processors (for example: Microsoft Word and Google Docs): For writing or creating and editing documents.
Spreadsheets (for example: Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets): For data analysis, management and visualization. Presentation software (for example: PowerPoint and Google Slides): For creating visual presentations or slideshows.
