1. The underdevelopment of the Third World countries is a historical phenomenon which can be traced back to the 15th century when African societies started to contact with outsiders. The current post-colonial governments of Third World countries should blame themselves for causing poverty to their countries. With vivid examples, support the sentence by using six (6) points.

2. “The development of capitalism in Europe at the second stage was not only a tragedy to the proletariat class and other majority of lower class people but on the other hand was a blessing towards the development and consolidation of European societies”. In six (6) points show the validity of this statement.
